“Squid Game” is a famous South Korean series that tells the story of a group of people suffering financially and being invited by mysterious men to participate in a mysterious competition known as the “Squid Game.”
The competition offers a chance to win a substantial amount of money, large enough to help the participants get rid of their financial troubles. However, the danger of the games they participate in can cost them their lives. Despite the games’ superficial resemblance to children’s games, they have been designed to be highly perilous, resulting in deadly consequences for those who fail or lose.
As one of the most-watched series on Netflix, the show has attracted a massive global audience. On June 12, 2022, it was officially announced that “Squid Game” would be renewed for a second season.
“Squid Game: The Challenge” is a 10-episode competition series produced in collaboration with two independent television production companies, Studio Lambert and The Garden. The team was responsible for managing the physical production of the show.
